Orders for in-stock items are generally shipped within 3-5 days from the receipt of your order and payment. Custom or special-order products may require additional lead time. We use UPS shipping, because their service is reasonably priced, reliable, quick and insured. We will not use the US Postal Service, so we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.   Please call with other questions. 


Merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchanges only.

All returns require prior approval.  The cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer.  We can only accept items for return that are in their original condition with their original tags and packaging. Missing tags and packaging will nullify the return. Jewelry that has been worn is not eligible..
