A pearl begins as a humble grain of sand, and is transformed to a jewel of great beauty and value.  The Knight's Pearl Earrings are made of 14kt gold-filled Stardust beads and beautiful, luminous fresh-water pearls. Symbolizing purity, transformation, charity, wisdom and integrity, this jewelry honors the generous gift to the Sandwich Sports Complex Committee by the family of Captain Gerald F.DeConto, USN.

The Knight's Pearl is a limited edition; only 2,500 pieces will ever be sold.  You will receive a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity, and each bracelet and necklace will carry the Heart Of Stone charm on the clasp.

Cape Cod Colors (TM) The Knight's Pearl Earrings

  • Like all fine jewelry, please don't wear this in water or overnight. Clean with a soft cloth after wearing.

  • The runaway favorite of the Town Jewelry line is The Knight's Pearl,  a beautiful set of jewelry designed to raise funds for the Sandwich Sports Complex Committee and to honor the generous donation given to that effort by the DeConto family in Sandwich, in memory of their son and brother, Captain Gerald F. DeConto, USN.

Jerry was a stand-out athlete at Sandwich High School, who went on to a distinguished naval military career.

He was coordinating the response to the September 11th  terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center when he was killed at the Pentagon.  The pearl, the symbol of purity, transformation, charity, wisdom and integrity, celebrates his legacy,  and his family's  vision and committment to community.
