This is a picture from Atlanta - don't know who these people are, but they looked so good...
It's been an incredible year for fashion - there are SO many beautiful, easy-to-wear fashions that are simple, reasonably priced, un-fussy, colorful and these are just a few. The little beach coverup is flying out of here, and smart divas are snapping up this tank dress with the asymmetrical hem.
There are some great new pieces in the store - come and check some of this out, you will not be going home empty handed - and it would be good to help me not bring home every single one of these new shirts... these colors plus black...
because I love all these colors (that coral is more coral than orange, very pretty), and you'll love these shirts, too...

It's hard to find things for Dad... my husband has ties, wallets, t-shirts he'll never use (deep sigh)
And he'll probably get more before the year is out. That's just the way it is...here are a few alternatives...heavy on the signs, but, he may get a laugh out of these...
and of course my personal favorite...
We do have a little something from Alex and Ani that Dad might like.. some keychains - these are really big - If I had one, I might even be able to find my keys in the black hole I call a purse... very pretty and substantial. Or you may just like one for yourself to lock the door when you take dad out for dinner...
Don't laugh. I used to buy myself something nice and expensive for Father's Day and Bill's birthday. I'd tell him my new ring, or new purse made him look good - it made him look successful and accomplished. I doubt he believed me, but he got used to it. And I got a new ring, or purse...
 I put this here because I know there are some men who really do enjoy choosing better accessories for the house or the deck or yard - even Bill had an occasional moment - and there are some interesting wooden carvings and driftwood pieces that might catch his fancy... or yours...

Buffing Up for Summer Entertaining...
|
Sometimes I think if I hadn't fallen totally in love with jewelry, I might have had the biggest, most eleaborate tabletop store on the Cape.
I love entertaining, and mixing and matching table wear and accessories - Here are some beautifully designed, quality acrylic pieces for outdoor fun, including those cool plates that slip around the stem and hold your wine or cocktail glass so you can walk and talk and eat and drink all at the same time. Someone was clever...
Cutest Cutting/Serving boards we've seen in a long time - spreaders included
Glass coaster and trivet in a Mermaid motif, and some beautifully pearlized glass serving dishes in shimmery ocean hues
Now, I show this little item to you because if someone told me you could mix seaglass and starfish and driftwood all in the same piece and I'd actually like it, I wouldn't have believed it, but this is really a cute piece, hitting all the big icons of the region, that will make a cute souvenier to bring home to someone or a hostess gift when you go to a party on or off Cape (I love bringing beach themed items to friends off Cape).
And don't forget our light-up glasses!
